If a member of staff has done something outstanding, please visit our Solent Awards page where you can nominate them for an award. You can also vote for the person or team who you think deserves to win each month. All nominations are shared with the Executive Team who will select a winner each month.
We really do love to hear about how our staff have made a difference to you or a patient or person you may know.
If you would like to thank a member of staff or would like to let us know of a positive experience you have had with a service provided by Solent NHS Trust, you can also email the PALS and Complaints Service who will ensure the relevant service are made aware. We will also ensure that your feedback is registered as a compliment on the system.
